Raised on job sites and in restaurant kitchens, Tim learned early what it meant to work hard, think creatively, and finish what you start. He left college just months shy of graduating to pursue a hands-on opportunity in custom woodworking in Hawaii. That leap of faith led him home to New Hampshire, where he joined the family business building custom homes in the Lake Sunapee region.

But swinging a hammer wasn’t the end of the story—it was the beginning. Tim earned his real estate license and soon stepped fully into the world of property investment. After becoming a father, he joined a real estate investment firm full-time, sharpening his skills in acquisitions and negotiations. Today, he serves as President of the New Hampshire Real Estate Investors Association and leads Brick & Oak with a simple mission: help people solve real problems, fairly and fast.
